Software Return Policy

Because the software is a downloadable product, refunds are only possible until the software has been registered. There are evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing.

Software that has been opened or purchased online is (1) provided with free email and phone support and (2) may be replaced with identical software by downloading from www.classgather.com.

Instructions: No refund once the software has been registered. For software replacement simply download the latest version from the website, www.classgather.com If you have not received or have lost your software license key, please e-mail support@classgather.com and include name, district or institution name, address, and phone number so we can identify your order.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us at the number provided above.

Fees & Payments

You agree to pay ClassGather any fees for each service you purchase or use in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that service. Where applicable you will be billed using the billing method you select through your account management page. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law.

Our services are billed on a subscription basis (we call these “Subscriptions”). This means you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (each period is called a “Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are annual. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page, or by contacting our customer support team. While we will be sad to see you go, you may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription at any time, in which case your Subscription will continue until the end of that billing cycle before terminating. You may cancel auto-renewal on your Subscription immediately after the Subscription starts if you do not want it to renew.
